Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Katie has been dancing since age four and performing on stage since she was seven. She has a passion for movement and storytelling. Recently she presented "Just a Girl That Men Forget" (a self-produced dance narrative) at the Spark Theater Festival and the Open Choreography Lab associated with New York Theater Barn. Other credits include “The Giant Hoax” at Theater Row (Assistant Choreo), “Crazy for You” at Sharon Playhouse (Associate Choreo), and “A Chorus Line” at Classen SAS Theater (Choreographer). In addition to choreography, Katie teaches at ShufflesNYC, ChickenshedNYC, and Barre3. She loves her Shuffles family!
