Blake Rushing has worked for Shuffles since 2017 as both part of the front desk team and as an instructor. Blake works in both Musical Theater Performance and in Television Production. Blake recently performed as Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore in rotation of the First National Tour of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Stage Adaptation, and currently performs/puppeteers at Field Station Dinosaur’s in Leonia, New Jersey. Blake also worked as the Child Talent Assistant on Seasons 51 and 52 of Sesame Street, and for the premiere season of The Not-Too Late Show with Elmo. Blake has his BFA in Musical Theater from The New School and has completed The American Musical and Dramatic Academy’s Integrated Musical Theater Program. Blake is beyond thrilled to be a part of the Shuffles NYC team.
