JUNE TAP
Kick off summer at Shuffles with classes to sharpen your tap skills! Taught by our senior faculty member, Shelby Kaufman, June Tap classes are a great way to prepare yourself for fall classes, whether you're just starting or trying to get to a new level.

We recommend a combo of both June Tap and June Jazz to take full advantage of our summer training offerings!
Each June Tap session includes 4 classes, 45 minutes each (with the exception of ADV Tap).

3:30pm-4:15pm - L1 Tap (6-8)
Learn the fundamentals and get started on your tap journey with this fun introductory class for ages 6-8.

4:15pm-5:00pm - Tap Boost (8-10)
Improve your tap skills in this intermediate class for ages 8 to 10.
​
5:00pm-6:00pm - ADV Tap (11+)
Take your tap to the next level with this advanced course for those 11 and older. ​

6:00pm-6:45pm - L1 Teen Tap (11+)
You're never too old to start tapping! This beginner class for ages 11 and older is a great place to start.
JUNE JAZZ
Work on your technique with this jazz intensive! Taught by our experienced Ballet and Jazz teacher, Alexa Racioppi, June Jazz classes will include both technique and performance instruction featuring broadway style choreography to solidify technique application. This specialized summer jazz session is a great way to prepare yourself for fall classes and become a well-rounded performer.

Improve on your technique and work on a combo from a Broadway musical in this intermediate class for ages 11 and older.
SUMMERSTOCK
Dive into characters, sing, dance, act, and put on a show - in a week! From audition to performance, we put on a full musical in 15 hours. Summer Stock at Shuffles is a great way to work on important performance skills such as projection, script memorization, picking up choreography, collaboration, ensemble building. and teamwork. These skills are invaluable not only in the world of theater, but in all industries.
All shows will rehearse in-person from 3:30-6:30pm with a performance on the final day.

Charlie Brown (Ages 6+)
Dates: June 9th to 14th
Based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip, Charlie Brown and the entire Peanuts bunch explore life's great questions as they play baseball, struggle with homework, sing songs, swoon over their crushes, and celebrate the joy of friendship.

Legally Blonde (Ages 8+)
Dates: June 16th to 21st
A sorority-sister valley girl goes to Harvard Law to get her boyfriend back, and ends up defying expectations while staying true to herself. Based on the novel by Amanda Brown and the MGM movie starring Reese Witherspoon.
