STEPHANIE CARD is a Director, Choreographer, Actor, and Teaching Artist based in New York City. Her work has been seen Off-Broadway, across the United States, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Hawaii. Stephanie grew up dancing at The Gold School in Massachusetts, before earning a degree in Theatre Performance at Marymount Manhattan College. Stephanie was selected by Chet Walker (choreographer of the Broadway revival of Pippin) to study at The School at Jacob’s Pillow, where she performed alongside Desmond Richardson (Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, Complexions Ballet), Francesca Harper (Ballet Frankfurt, The Francesca Harper Project), and Dana Moore (Broadway’s Fosse, Sweet Charity, A Chorus Line, Dancin’). Stephanie is currently an adjunct faculty member at Marymount Manhattan College, in the musical theater dance department. As a working professional, she believes in the value of education, training, and artistic mentorship.
